The Philippine Ports Authority and its Port Management Offices nationwide will be conducting twin Public Hearings on 01 December 2021 on the Proposed Revised Rules on Real Estate Management and the Proposed Revised Policy on Private Ports at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, respectively, via Zoom teleconference.

The public hearings are conducted to ensure transparency, comprehensive deliberation, and active participation of stakeholders. All concerned parties especially those who will be affected by the proposed revision on the respective policies are invited to attend the virtual public hearing.
