The Port of Guinsiliban is located at the eastern part of the Municipality of Guinsiliban, Camiguin Province at Latitude 9º 05’ 55’’ North and 124º 47’ 16’’ East. Direct access to the port is through a 5 meter wide road from the Coastal Highway.

The port also serves as one of the complementary ports to the Port of Balingoan and an alternate port for the Port of Benoni especially for cargo vessels, supporting the trade and commerce in the Camiguin Island. It caters to domestic vessels and handles rolling cargoes, fuel, bottled and general cargoes. It can also cater to cargo vessels with a maximum LOA of sixty-four (64) meters and has a draft of five (5) meters at its RoRo ramp.

In partnership with the Provincial LGU of Camiguin, the Port of Guinsiliban has one (1) thermal scanner installed for the non-contact temperature screening of all port personnel and clients.

The port facilities includes a Reinforced Concrete (RC) Pier, 7 m. x 134 l.m. causeway, one (1) Ro-Ro ramp, streetlights and backup area. It also has a terminal office and a holding area for passengers with a capacity of 20 persons.
