Cagayan de Oro- The Port Management Office of Misamis Oriental/Cagayan de Oro (PMO MOC) participated in the opening ceremony of the NorthMin Dive Launch by the Department of Tourism Region 10 on September 6, 2023, at SM Downtown Premiere.
