Cagayan de Oro City | The PPA PMO Misamis Oriental/Cagayan de Oro PMO MOC Exchange of Recyclables at the BEST booth on December 18, 2023, wherein a total weight of 228 kilos was exchanged. The exchanged recyclables was equivalent to 296.00 Environmental Points/Cashback.

The “Trash to Cashback” in partnership with BEST is one of the best practices by PMO MOC. The recyclable wastes are being collected by BEST in exchange for ancashback or environmental points that can be used in purchasing goods, services and basic commodities.

Since the activity’s kick-off last year, the PMO MOC has a total of 2,393.69 kilos of exchanged recyclables, attaining a total of 3,364.81 Environmantal Points/Cashback from the month of October 2022 until December 2023.

The PMO MOC is committed to help the community in saving the environment by its continuous effort in segregating and recycling wastes.
