The Port Management Office of Misamis Oriental/Cagayan de Oro (PPA-PMO MOC) successfully held the Serbisyo Caravan 2025 on September 25, 2025, at the PPA GAD Hall in celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA). Guided by the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan,” the event brought together various government agencies to deliver essential programs and services closer to port employees and stakeholders.

The caravan showcased a wide range of services made available through the participation of key government agencies and financial institutions. Among these were the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) offering membership updates, pension and retirement benefits, loan programs, and insurance claims; the Social Security System (SSS) providing contribution verification, loans, and claims assistance; and the Pag-IBIG Fund offering membership registration, Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL), and housing loan information. Also present were the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), which provided details on skills training programs and scholarship opportunities; the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) with free legal consultation and assistance; the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) offering business name registration and livelihood programs; and the Land Bank of the Philippines, which extended services on ATM transactions, loan facilities, and savings and investment products.

Through the Serbisyo Caravan 2025, the PPA-PMO MOC reaffirmed its commitment to service excellence by bridging government services to the community in one accessible venue. The activity not only underscored the importance of public service but also strengthened partnerships with agencies that share the mission of promoting efficiency, integrity, and dedication for the welfare of the Filipino people.
