Cagayan de Oro City — June 12, 2025 — The Port Management Office of Misamis Oriental/Cagayan de Oro (PMO MOC) proudly took part in the 127th Philippine Independence Day celebration held this morning, June 12, 2025 at the historic Kiosko Kagawasan, located at the heart of the city along Velez and RN Abejuela Streets.

Representatives from PMO Misamis Oriental/Cagayan de Oro expressed their solidarity with the Kagay-anon community, reaffirming the agency’s commitment to public service and to upholding the values of liberty and democracy. The PMO’s active participation reflects its continuing support to local government initiatives and national commemorative events.

As one of the city’s essential government service offices, the PMO recognizes the value of remembering the sacrifices of Filipino heroes and fostering national pride among today’s generation. The office likewise joins the rest of the nation in celebrating this historic day under the theme “Kalayaan. Kinabukasan. Kasaysayan.”
