The Risk Engineers of GSIS Engr. Bianca Jabiguero and Engr. Jezpher Andrews Menorca of Stronghold Insurance Company Inc. which is also the Insurance Adjuster of GSIS successfully conducted the Risk Survey of the Properties of PMO MOC on May 6, 2025.
The conduct started with an opening meeting with the Risk Engineers and members of the PMO MO/C GSIS Risk Survey Committee, presided over by Safety Officer Ryan Nalzaro.
Among the discussions was the objective of the risk survey which is to gather information on PPA’s operation to assist the underwriters in the assessment of the insurance coverage requested.
Moreover, reviewed were the observations and actions taken on the 2024 Risk Survey Report. Further discussed were the existing preventive and maintenance measures on various machinery and equipment like CCTVs, generator sets, fire alarm systems, water pumps, and others. Emergency Organizational Charts and Fire/earthquake drills were also included in the discussion.
Safety Officer RNalzaro leads the Walk-through and Port tour inspection at various Port Facilities and Buildings together with the rest of the Risk Survey Team.
After thorough inspection and assessment, the Risk Survey concluded with a closing meeting at 1:30 PM.
