In line with the Philippine Ports Authority – Port Management Office of Misamis Oriental/Cagayan de Oro’s (PPA PMO MO/C) continuing efforts to promote safety, discipline, and operational efficiency within port premises, a Driver’s Re-Orientation on Proper Driving was conducted on October 29, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN at Building 2, GAD Hall.

The activity was attended by twelve (12) participants, composed of two (2) regular personnel and ten (10) Contract of Service (COS) personnel, with several attendees joining online via Webex. The re-orientation featured two (2) resource speakers from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region 10, who provided comprehensive discussions on traffic rules and regulations, defensive driving techniques, and road safety practices.

This re-orientation underscores PPA PMO MO/C’s ongoing initiative to ensure the highest standards of safety, discipline, and accountability among its drivers and transport personnel. Through activities like this, the Office continues to strengthen a safe, efficient, and responsible transport environment within the port community.
