The Port Management Office of Misamis Oriental/Cagayan de Oro (PMO MOC) proudly participated in the 75th Charter Day celebration of Cagayan de Oro City held this morning, June 15, 2025 at the historic Kiosko Kagawasan, Divisoria Plaza.

With the theme “Mapasigarbuhon sa Kagikan, Madasigon sa mga Damgo”, the milestone event commemorated the city’s founding as a chartered city in 1950. PMO MOC officials and personnel joined other government agencies, civic organizations, and city residents in the program that began with a Foyer Honor and the ceremonial Entrance of Colors at 6:30 AM.

The program featured the singing of the Philippine National Anthem by the Cagayan de Oro City Chorale, an interfaith prayer led by religious leaders from various faith communities, and cultural performances.

The participation of PMO MOC in this significant celebration underscores its continuing commitment to community involvement and civic pride, standing in solidarity with Kagay-anons in honoring the city’s rich history and promising future.
